Lothlorien S. Redmond
Lothlorien S. Redmond received a BA in Anthropology from Antioch College in 1996 and has started the Graduate Group in Transportation Technology and Policy in Fall 1997. The interests that drove her to the graduate group at Davis include: the socio-cultur
al aspects of transportation and mobility, and the automobile historical influences on the changing shape of American society. Essentially, she aspires to know everything about transportation in general and the automobile in particular.
Such a lofty aspiration leaves little room for a personal life. However, Lorien tries to keep up with her pool game and make it to soccer games whenever she can (which makes her team happy with her consistency). She has plans to explore the hills between
Davis and Napa on her new motorcycle.
