B.1 Part B, C, & D Questions
The means are presented below for the three study groups and for all three groups
combined. There are 21 non-telecommuters, 15 home-based, and 61 center-based
telecommuters for a grand total of 97 respondents. The asterisk (*) denotes a question
that was changed from negative to positive orientation. The questions from part B cover
job satisfaction, those from part C cover attitudes on work characteristics, and those from
part D cover the importance of the work characteristics.
