INTRODUCTION

In addition to the nine centers involved with the RABO project, we have identified 21 telecenters in California that are currently operating. This latter group includes three telecenters, Long Beach Telebusiness Center, San Juan Capistrano TeleBusiness Center, and Sonoma County Transit Telecommute Center, that have opened since the December 1994 report, plus one, the Valencia Corporate Telecommuting Center, which opened in 1993 but has not previously been included in this report series. A brief description about each of these telecenters follows.
