Telecommuting Assignment
The telecommuting assignment/checklist is a flexible document that details the telecommuting arrangement. Sometimes it is referred to as an "agreement." It provides a clear understanding of the terms of working at the Telecenter for the telecommuter and the telemanager.
The telecommuter and the telemanager should fill out this assignment/checklist together. Typical components include: location of the Telecenter, work hours for telecommuting days, a list of available hardware and software, and others. Before working at the Telecenter, fill out the following telecommuter's assignment/checklist with your telemanager to formalize the telecommuting arrangement.
A copy of the Federal Government's telecommuting agreement is included as an example of a telecommuting agreement currently being used by telecommuters and telemanagers.
