FOR AFTER EMPLOYEE DATA
In this appendix, the results of statistical tests of telecenter users, which are described in Chapter 3,
are tabulated. Except where noted, the sample is composed of the 39 respondents to the after
telecenter user survey. Significantly differing means at a level of significance of 0.10 are marked
in boldface type. Tables A-1 and A-2 report the mean response from a 5-point scale that runs from
strongly disagree (1) to strongly agree (5). Table A-4 reports the mean response from a 4-point scale
that runs from not at all important (1) to extremely important (4). Figure A-1 presents charts of the
mean responses to the work environment characteristics listed in Table A-2.
