Cancellation and Refunds
Written request for refund of registration fees must be received by Friday, August 10, 2007. Refund of registration fees will be minus a non-refundable $40 administrative fee. All requests for refunds must be received in writing and are made after the conference. Refunds generally take 2-4 weeks for processing. Cancellations received after Friday, August 10, 2007 will not be processed. Mail or fax all refund requests to:
